Say hi

small web experiments from the edge of curiosity

weird ideas into code.

Welcome to vishva.lol, a creative coding laboratory and playground for interactive web experiments. From startup history museums to 3D character toys and tactical flight trackers, this is a space where aesthetic design meets oddly specific code. Explore the collection below.

About vishva.lol

A small creative-coding lab, built in public

vishva.lol is the personal experiments shelf of Vishva Variya, a software engineer and creative technologist. Each route is a self-contained interactive piece — a tactical flight tracker, an aesthetic Pomodoro timer, a drivable engine sound lab, a chaos-theory storyteller — built end-to-end as a study in interaction design, procedural audio, real-time graphics, or all three at once.

Everything on the site is free to use in a modern browser. There are no accounts, no paywalls, and no app to download. The only data collected is described in the privacy policy.

What you will find here

  • Sky Spy — a live ADS-B flight radar that names the plane flying directly above you.
  • Roar — a drivable engine sound lab with real samples, working gearbox, and a fuel tank.
  • Pomodoro Timer — a free aesthetic online Pomodoro timer with lofi music, ambient focus sounds, and moody video backdrops.
  • 3D coin flip — a cryptographically unbiased decision-making toy with realistic physics.
  • AI Battle — a weekly popularity leaderboard for frontier language models.
  • What If — a chaos-theory storyteller that writes six escalating ripples from any hypothetical.
  • Toodles — an infinite 3D character shuffle.
  • Museum of Pivots — a curated walk through famous startup pivots.

How it is built

The site runs on Next.js 15 (App Router) and React 19. Real-time graphics use Three.js through React Three Fiber. Procedural and sampled audio uses the Web Audio API. Animation work uses Framer Motion and GSAP. Everything is open about its sources: data credits and provenance are listed on each experiment's page.
